To begin the Path to Ascension, you must visit Clan Chief - Albuda. He will tell you how to start.

Path to Ascension

From here, he will give you a quest to visit Forbei in (2225,2727) Argent City. You can complete the first part easily.

Path to Ascension

Next, Forbei will ask you to obtain 15x Fragment of Powers.

The Scroll: Part I

You can obtain Fragment of Powers by defeating Corrupted Ascendants found in the oasis of (1056,3146 - 1060,3072) Shaitan City

Once you've finished, you can return to Forbei. He'll give you a Glyph of Power and the next quest.

The Scroll: Part II

Next, you need to obtain 5x Enchanted Parchment.

You can obtain Enchanted Parchments by defeating Rogue Mage found around (427,107 - 462,129) Silver Mine 3

When you finish, return to Forbei once more. He'll give you an Unfinished Scroll and the next quest.

The Scroll: Part III

You'll then need to defeat 20x Demonic Naiad's found around (1113,556 - 1067,513) Icicle City

When done, return to Forbei to get the last item to complete the scroll. He'll give you Jar of Souls and the next quest.

Creating the Scroll: I

Show Forbei your Glyph of Power, Unfinished Scroll, and Jar of Souls

Once he's seen them, he will give you a Scroll Blueprint

Double click the Scroll Blueprint to obtain the next quest.

After reading the scroll, you need to find Little Graduate in (879,3645) Shaitan City to continue.

Turn in the quest. You'll get an Ascendant Scroll. You might want to store this in your bank. It will be a while before we're ready to use this.

Visit Clan Chief - Albuda once more, to obtain the next part of your quest.

The Long Road Ahead

Meet up with the Oracle in (2133,556) Skeleton Haven to turn in the quest.

Favor for a Favor

Here you'll need to help the citizens of Spring Town by defeating 25x Zombie, Zombie, Zombie and Legendary Zombie. It's highly recommended to have a magic class (Cleric, SM, Voy) with you as the zombies have high dodge and defense.

After you've completed that, you will need to return to the Oracle and get the next quest.

The First Steps

You will need to defeat Morpheus Abyss Demon in Dark Area 2, and obtain the Eye of the Abyss. (This drops 100%).

Note¹: You will need 2x Eye of the Abyss total

Return to the Oracle and accept the next quest.

Empowering the Catalyst: I

The oracle asks us to go back to Forbei to see if he can help us continue.

Once you visit Forbei, your quest lines will be separated depending on your class. Melee classes (Crus, Merc, Champ, SS) will follow the 'Chaos' quest-line. Magic classes (Cleric, SM, Voy) will follow the 'Holy' quest-line.

Chaos Alteration	The Holy Light

(Chaos Alteration) You'll need to defeat the Ascendant Mercs in Isle of Fortune

(The Holy Light) You'll need to defeat the Ascendant Corps in Outlaw Isle

Once you've completed that, head back to the Oracle to obtain the next quest.

Chaos Alteration: Ascendant Hierarchy	The Holy Light: Ascension Faith

(Chaos Alteration) You'll need to defeat Ascendant Lieutenant - Gideon in (1668,1891) Isle of Fortune

(The Holy Light) You'll need to defeat Ascendant Lieutenant - Myre in (3539,843) Outlaw Isle

Once you've completed that, head back to the Oracle to obtain the next quest.

Empowering the Catalyst: II

The oracle will ask you to obtain 70x Ascendant Shards to bring to Forbei so that he can empower another Eye of the Abyss

Once you have it, give both the Ascendant Shards and the second Eye of the Abyss to Forbei so he can create the Empowered Eye of the Abyss. You might want to store this in your bank. It will be a while before we're ready to use this.

When you're ready to move on, go back to the oracle to obtain the next quest

Oracle's Enchantments

You need to obtain 99x Novice Blueprints and bring them back to the Oracle.

You can now move onto the next quest.

Rise to Ascension: I

The oracle will now give you the last portion of the quest. You'll need to defeat 6x Elder Wyverns

You can now move onto the next quest.

Rise to Ascension: II

The oracle will now give you the last portion of the quest. You'll need to defeat 7x Barborosa

You can now move onto the next quest.

Rise to Ascension: III

The oracle will now give you the last portion of the quest. You'll need to defeat 1x Abyss Lord - Hardin

Once you've completed this part, head over to the oracle to receive Extinguished Flame

Say good bye to the oracle, as she gives you the final quest. Bring the Ascendant Scroll, Empowered Eye of the Abyss, and Extinguished Flame to Clan Chief - Albuda

Ascendancy

Once you've met with the clan chief, he will take your Ascendant Scroll, Empowered Eye of the Abyss and Extinguished Flame, and give you the final item. An Ascension Flame

Congrats! You've completed the Ascendancy Quest! You can now take the Ascension Flame to the Ascendant Guide in Heaven to complete Ascendancy!
