Adding FAQs
Okay i am sick of people in game complaining about them not receiving their imps. I am Currently Working on a FAQ to add to website.
Q: Why did i not receive my imps when i didn't even send an email?
A: There's your answer right there. You did not send an e-mail. Once you finish donating please send us an e-mail with your Account name, Charcter name, Transaction ID and which method you donated with, to [email protected]
Q: I waited 5 hours and still have not received my IMPs!
A: As it says on the donation page, "You should recieve your item mall points within 24 hours. If you have not recieved your item mall points by then, please send us another email and we will add them to your account as quickly as possible."
Those are the two biggest FAQs asked in game, there will soon be a full page of all FAQs on the website containing most of the questions asked in game.
