Server Online - Patch [Oct 9th, 2016]
Hey players, the server is back online!
Download the following patch if your autopatcher cannot update your client automatically.

It's halloween time, and the ghosts and ghouls are coming out to play.
A portal to the mysterious Halloween Town has appeared, and is letting pirates come in if they dare.
You will need a pumpkin or a deathsoul mask equipped to enter.
[OPENING TIMES]
-The map opens every [13 hours]
-The portal stays open for [12 hours]
[ENTRANCE]
-The portal can be found at (2252,2685) Argent City
Inside Halloween Town, you will see a bunch of mobs. These mobs drop a Halloween Event Card. On halloween day, you will be able to exchange them to the npc for a certain amount of Haloween Goodies! There is also a certain chance to obtain an Evil Pumpkin Head Carving.
[BOSS]
-Halloween King [Respawns every 4 hours]
-Located at (138, 281)
-At [50% HP] will summon Halloween Phantom
-At [20% HP] will summon Halloween Dragon
[Mini BOSS]
-Halloween Horror [Spawns every 3 hours]
-Located at (138, 281)
There are a few new IGS Quests that players may obtain.
Note: All quests only last until November 1st
Note*: This means that you must enter a map 1 time per opening. Ex: Halloween Town opens every 13 hours. You must enter once per 13 hours.
We have modified the starter system to make it easier for newer players to catch up!
New players will now start with a Starter Chest

You can double click it to obtain Grandiose Set +12, Starter Necklace
, Starter Rings 
and
Lv35 - Starter Weapon Chest.
Note: The Unseal NPC will be removed
Note: Due to the changes above, the following will occur for the unseals 35-85
-Cannot be pliered
-Cannot be fused
-Cannot be forged anymore
-Cannot be repaired
You now only need 75x wood to obtain a BD Gem.
Also, once you exchange 3 times, you'll get a random Excruciating BD Gem as a bonus!
Exchange 30 times and you'll get a random Lv3 Excruciating BD Gem!
1.) Added a ranking for Kills/Deaths inside of Chaos Tundra.
2.) Reduced the dodge for Crusaders inside Chaos Tundra
3.) Buff notes now add Lv11 buffs instead of Lv10
4.) Titan's Fury no longer grants bonus defense and HP inside of Bounty Hunter PK and Chaos Argent.
5.) Added more tweaks to the "illegal" tweak checker upon starting up your client
6.) Added new apparels to the IGS. Check out the decoration tab!
7.) Alphabet Card Event: You can exchange the cards at any of the Ghost NPCs in Halloween Town.
8.) Removed all Guilds with less than 10 members

Halloween Quests
